About the role
The Account Analyst will manage internal collections for delinquent customer accounts using a predictive dialer. You will engage customers by phone, propose viable repayment solutions, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts using predictive dialing technology.
- Identify and present repayment options that satisfy both the client and Island Finance.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the company’s automated systems.
- Ensure all collection activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of post‑secondary education, preferably in Business Administration.
- At least three years of experience in collections, telemarketing, or phone‑based customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet performance targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
