About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. You will turn complex web data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across marketing and product development.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion funnels to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Create and manage easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio/Data Studio or Tableau.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
- Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and fix data gaps.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
- Expert proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and craft data‑driven narratives.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript for tag implementation.
- Stable, high‑speed internet connection and a reliable backup.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
