UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to transform our software into intuitive, user‑friendly products for our clients. You will work closely with product and development teams to create functional and visually appealing interfaces that meet client needs and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements to inform design decisions.
• Design graphic elements, navigation components, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Produce high‑fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry‑standard tools.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong visual design sense and up‑to‑date knowledge of UI trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Proficiency in Illustrator
• Proficiency in OmniGraffle or similar wire‑framing tools
• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript for rapid prototyping
