About the role
Join Mondelēz International’s mission to lead the future of snacking as a Trade Marketing Specialist for the MT market in the Dominican Republic. You will work closely with regional and brand teams to translate strategy into effective point‑of‑sale execution, driving sell‑out, shopper conversion and market coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of the trade‑marketing component of the category annual plan, including contract processes.
- Analyse market dynamics and consumer insights by channel to inform strategic decisions.
- Facilitate business‑planning meetings to build sales quotas aligned with annual targets.
- Recommend and manage investment in category building blocks, ensuring execution excellence at the POS.
- Monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide accurate POS information to multi‑category teams, supporting innovations, promotions, portfolio and pricing initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in category planning and delivering growth through trade‑marketing leadership.
- Future‑focused mindset with curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and consumer innovation.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen to develop, measure and optimise plans.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and present alternative viewpoints with confidence.
