Tourism Tutor – Aviation & Flight Attending

About the role
The New Zealand School of Tourism is seeking a full‑time Tourism Tutor to deliver Aviation and Flight Attending training at its Hamilton campus. You will guide students through existing curricula, creating an engaging learning environment that helps them achieve their qualifications and launch careers in tourism and travel.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality instruction for Tourism and International Flight Attending courses.
- Facilitate learning using established curriculum and resources.
- Support students in meeting qualification requirements and career goals.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to enhance student success.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years experience in the travel/tourism industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Flight attendant background (5+ years) is advantageous but not essential.
- Diploma or degree in Tourism or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about sharing knowledge; teaching experience is beneficial but not required.
