About the role
National Foods Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Modern Trade to drive sales growth across assigned distributors and key accounts in Karachi. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager and Sales Support team to implement the route‑to‑market strategy and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to develop and execute the Modern Trade sales strategy for the region.
- Set targets for key accounts, meet regularly with customers, and monitor performance against agreed goals.
- Act as the primary contact for key customers, resolving product or sales issues, collecting payments, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Visit stores to verify stock levels, product expiry dates, and overall product availability.
- Identify and build strong relationships with new and existing customers, expanding National Foods’ presence in underserved Modern Trade markets.
- Provide feedback on product performance, new categories, and market trends to internal teams.
- Track regional spend, report variances against budget, and present sales performance in regular reviews.
- Prepare and submit management sales reports for the allocated territory.
Required profile
- Graduate degree.
- 2–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in modern trade or FMCG.
