About the role
We are looking for a motivated Support Specialist to join our growing IT services company. You will be the first point of contact for a selected portfolio of customers, ensuring reliable operation of their Microsoft‑based infrastructure and delivering high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for Microsoft servers, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Perform on‑site and remote troubleshooting for end‑users and infrastructure components.
- Plan and execute new tasks, projects, and improvements for customers.
- Maintain documentation, status reports, and regular status meetings.
- Collaborate with customers' other suppliers and act as a liaison.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar support role.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of customer relationships.
- Strong interest in IT and ability to translate technical solutions into practical advice.
Required skills
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or newer.
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) administration.
- Microsoft Azure services.
- Network administration basics.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (preferred).
