Stay Designer – Luxury Reservations Specialist

About the role

The Stay Designer will manage all reservation channels for Constance’s luxury hotels, resorts and golf properties, ensuring a seamless pre‑stay experience for direct guests, web bookings and OTA reservations. The role combines personalized itinerary creation with sales techniques to exceed guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailor‑made stays by gathering guest preferences and crafting customized itineraries, room selections, amenities and additional services.
• Handle reservations across direct, web and OTA channels, ensuring accurate booking entry, timely updates and smooth modifications.
• Communicate with guests via phone, email and other channels, providing courteous and prompt responses to inquiries and special requests.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to guarantee proper execution of bookings and special arrangements.
• Identify upselling opportunities, promote higher room categories and additional services to optimise revenue.
• Utilise the Opera Cloud reservation system to process bookings, maintain records and monitor property availability.

Required profile

• Strong background in luxury hospitality reservations or guest experience design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on personalized service.
• Detail‑oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple booking channels simultaneously.
• Sales‑driven attitude with a proven ability to identify and act on revenue opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera Cloud reservation system.
