Senior Recruitment Officer – HR Partner

About the role

The Senior Recruitment Officer will act as the primary recruitment partner for HR and hiring managers across Africa Global Logistics entities. Based in Kigali, the role supports the AGL Expertise Center and collaborates closely with the HQ Recruitment team to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring processes across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle in the internal A'Career Recruitment ATS, from planning and sourcing to interview coordination and offer delivery.
• Maintain and update the approved recruitment agency database, tracking submissions, candidate ownership and compliance with service level agreements.
• Develop and curate talent pools for strategic and recurring positions, ensuring data quality and proper categorisation of unsolicited candidates.
• Oversee candidate management, validate shortlists against defined selection criteria and advise hiring managers on suitability.
• Administer and interpret the SOSIE 2 personality assessment for relevant roles.
• Identify recruitment process risks, propose corrective actions and share best practices with HR stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within logistics, transport or multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of agency management and talent-pool development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with group standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with A'Career Recruitment (internal ATS).
