Senior Project Manager (PMO)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join Acquire BPO’s Professional Services team supporting the RingCentral account. In this role you will lead complex, cross‑functional projects, ensure alignment with strategic goals and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project sponsors, stakeholders and technical teams to define, plan and deliver complex features.
• Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
• Maintain and disseminate program and project information to all stakeholders.
• Facilitate teamwork, communication and collaboration across disparate groups with competing priorities.
• Provide operational support for Monday.com and coordinate with related systems such as Salesforce and Tableau.
• Maximize ROI on Monday.com implementation to support scalable Professional Services operations.
• Work with IT to define turnaround times for business requirements and manage IT tickets for development projects.
• Create, refine and document internal processes, workflows and communications to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in project management, preferably within a PMO environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
