Senior Project Engineer - Product Development

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead product development projects for new offshore solutions. The role will drive projects from concept through delivery, ensuring technical viability, market alignment and seamless execution for external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, defining organization, responsibilities and accountabilities.
• Coordinate with internal functions such as Technology, IP, Business Acquisition, Supply Chain, Legal, Construction, Commissioning and Operations.
• Act as primary contact for co‑development partners, clients and vendors, capturing requirements and ensuring they are reflected in product design.
• Identify and mitigate execution challenges early while maintaining the product development schedule.
• Develop and communicate a validated Project Execution Plan aligned with the product development strategy.
• Manage communication, reporting and stakeholder engagement across all project members.
• Foster teamwork and cooperation both within the project and with external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in project engineering and product development, preferably in offshore or deep‑water environments.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Capacity to translate client needs into technical specifications and deliverable outcomes.
