Senior Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead complex oil and gas projects from Monaco. The role involves overseeing project planning, coordination, and delivery while ensuring technical excellence and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction teams to meet project requirements.
• Conduct technical evaluations, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to support decision‑making.
• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Review technical documentation for compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of project engineering experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Technical documentation creation and management.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
