Senior People Development & Strategy Associate, Regional People

About the role

The Regional People Team is looking for a senior associate to shape and deliver leadership development initiatives across Asia and LATAM. Working within the Learning & Development function, you will help embed a learning culture and build high‑performing leaders for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the overall leadership development strategy by integrating best‑in‑class thinking and emerging approaches, especially AI applications.
• Design and deliver high‑impact leadership programs for multiple leadership levels across the region.
• Conduct leadership diagnostics and translate business needs into targeted development interventions.
• Own end‑to‑end program delivery, ensuring quality execution while continuously improving design, learner experience, and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a top‑tier management consulting or HR consulting firm.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Strong curiosity and experimentation mindset, with interest in new tools such as AI.
• Excellent intellectual capability and structured thinking to solve ambiguous problems.
• Proven facilitation skills and ability to engage senior leaders; experience in large, complex organisations preferred.
• High ownership and drive to lead programs independently and deliver results end‑to‑end.
