Senior HSE Engineer

About the role

Bosch Vietnam is seeking a Senior HSE Engineer to lead and enhance its Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management systems across the Ho Chi Minh City plant and office environments. The role combines audit leadership, system governance, and strategic sustainability reporting to ensure compliance with ISO standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate annual ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 internal and external audits, managing the full audit lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain core EHS documentation, including objectives, policies, and risk & opportunity assessments (HIRA/Aspect‑Impact).
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve audit non‑conformities with cross‑functional teams.
• Facilitate annual EHS Management Reviews with senior leadership to evaluate system performance.
• Design, implement and maintain ISO‑compliant EHS frameworks for R&D and office settings.
• Act as HSE & Sustainability Business Partner, providing technical expertise and safety solutions to R&D and office leadership.
• Monitor EHS & Sustainability KPIs, conduct regulatory compliance evaluations, and lead internal audits.
• Oversee accurate and timely submission of sustainability reports (GHG, waste, water) meeting Vietnamese legal and Bosch global standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and audit processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior management.
• Excellent analytical skills for KPI monitoring and sustainability reporting.
