Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

About the role

Join Accenture’s global Microsoft practice and help leading organisations accelerate their digital transformation. As a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer you will design, build and optimise enterprise‑grade applications using the latest Microsoft technologies while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high‑performance applications with .NET, C#, ASP.NET.NET Core and React.
• Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions.
• Debug, test and support applications across development, staging and production environments.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems with a focus on performance, scalability and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Research emerging technologies and integrate relevant innovations into development workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Fluent in English and French with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and customer‑focused.
