Senior Director, Field Market Operations – East Region

About the role

The Senior Director of Field Market Operations (East) leads operational excellence across all Eastern markets. Reporting to senior executives, this role drives standardization, cost reduction, and safety improvements in distribution centers while partnering with cross‑functional leaders to transform processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized tools, processes, and methodologies to boost safety, quality, and warehouse productivity.
• Standardize material handling, inventory management, slotting, and shrink reduction across all East distribution centers.
• Establish KPIs for fleet utilization, create optimal routing solutions, and improve transportation efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted partner to Market EVPs and Operations leaders, aligning regional actions with enterprise priorities.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to distribution centers to ensure SOP adoption, capability building, and continuous improvement.
• Lead teams in redefining processes to enhance service levels while reducing operating costs.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in field‑based operations, preferably within logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong strategic and transformation mindset with a track record of driving large‑scale operational change.
• Excellent partnership skills, able to influence senior executives and hold teams accountable.
• Willingness to spend significant time in distribution centers across the Eastern region.
