About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and expand our market footprint. In this pivotal role, you will identify emerging opportunities, cultivate high-value client relationships, and spearhead the acquisition of large-scale projects within the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams within targeted markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of sustainable business development strategies.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of high-impact commercial proposals, quotes, and tenders.
  • Drive contract negotiations and manage complex discussions to secure favorable terms.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to monitor trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and competitive submission of bids and tenders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, performance reports, and strategic updates to senior management.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
  • Demonstrated track record of securing major contracts and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in the tender process, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of the local market landscape, preferably within Oman.
