Sales Trainer – Mobile Installment

About the role

PalmPay Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for agents selling its Mobile Installment (Buy Now, Pay Later) product across 3C Hub retail locations. The role focuses on building agent capability, improving conversion rates, and ensuring consistent product knowledge and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs for Mobile Installment sales.
• Create training manuals, product guides, scripts, objection‑handling frameworks, and performance playbooks.
• Deliver onboarding sessions for new agents and ongoing refresher courses (virtual and in‑person).
• Assess agent performance through knowledge checks, role‑plays, simulations, and post‑training metrics.
• Identify low‑performing agents and implement remedial coaching plans.
• Conduct field visits to retail outlets for real‑time coaching, sales technique reinforcement, and compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Credit, Collections, Compliance, Product, and Marketing teams to align training with business objectives.
• Document training activities, track performance indicators, and report on training effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a sales trainer or similar role in a retail or financial services environment.
• Strong ability to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for both virtual and onsite sessions.
• Capability to assess performance, provide constructive feedback, and drive measurable improvements.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams.
