Sales Consultant – Mens Apparel (Luxury Retail)

About the role

The Sales Consultant – Mens Apparel will build lasting relationships with customers, driving sales and loyalty within a luxury fashion environment. You will be expected to master the product range across the store and deliver an extraordinary service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell merchandise from the entire store, creating complete wardrobe solutions for clients.
• Develop and nurture long‑term customer relationships, introducing new clients to the brand.
• Consistently deliver exceptional service and exceed sales and service targets.
• Build a personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with personal clients via phone, email and other electronic methods regarding events, merchandise requests, follow‑ups and special occasions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of wardrobe styling and dressing techniques.
• Strong ability to establish customer relationships that translate into sales.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a team‑oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum three years of experience in a commission‑based sales role; luxury retail experience preferred.
