About the role
Join a leading luxury retailer as a Sales Consultant focused on contemporary and designer womenswear. You will build lasting relationships with clients, guide them through the full store offering, and drive sales performance in a fashion‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Sell the entire store’s wardrobe, advising customers from head to toe.
- Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships, introducing new customers to the brand.
- Stay current on fashion and style trends and translate insights into personalized advice.
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
- Comply with health & safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.
Required profile
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets, with a minimum of three years in a commission‑based sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of wardrobe styling techniques and luxury fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic, and able to connect emotionally with customers.
- Highly collaborative, self‑motivated, and comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced setting.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
