About the role
The Sales Broker will drive revenue growth by generating new leads and converting enquiries into successful yacht sales. This central position works closely with central agency partners and internal teams to deliver a premium sales experience for high‑net‑worth clients.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by converting enquiries into confirmed yacht transactions.
- Develop and maintain a network of clients and central agents across the superyacht market.
- Prepare accurate, well‑presented yacht selections and provide market advice to clients.
- Respond promptly to any issues during the sales process and ensure excellent client service.
- Collaborate with other business divisions to maximise cross‑selling opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and support the Sales & Marketing Director with special projects.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in superyacht sales brokerage.
- Proven track record of closing yacht sales and managing complex contracts.
- Strong knowledge of the superyacht industry, sales regulations, taxation and on‑board operations.
- Excellent organisational, time‑management and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English (first language); French written and verbal skills are a plus.
