Remote Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Recruiter to join our growing hiring team. In this full‑time, remote position you will source candidates, conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for various remote roles.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound recruiting calls and daily candidate outreach.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and communication skills.
• Explain job responsibilities, compensation, schedules, and hiring processes to applicants.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain organized candidate records in CRM and applicant tracking systems.
• Follow recruitment workflows, hiring targets, and communication standards.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and hiring coordination tasks.
• Ensure timely follow‑up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Perform additional administrative and recruiting‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone presence with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume recruiting environment.
• Organized, self‑motivated, and capable of multitasking effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and internet connection.
• Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, HR, call center, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with recruitment software or CRM systems is a plus.
