About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, self‑motivated Remote IT Product Tele‑Sales Representative to promote and sell a range of technology products, including printers, toners, PCs, laptops and notebooks. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound calling to international customers, supporting the company’s growth in the global market.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in international markets and generate new sales opportunities.
- Present and sell IT hardware products, matching solutions to customer needs.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads, quotations and after‑sales support.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in tele‑sales or IT product sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and adapt to Western time‑zone hours.
- Reliable computer, headset and stable internet connection.
Required skills
- CRM usage
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware (printers, PCs, laptops, etc.)
