Remote Interviewing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Interviewing Specialist to support our recruitment operations. In this fully remote position you will conduct phone interviews, evaluate candidates and help coordinate hiring activities for various remote roles across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily phone interviews and candidate screening evaluations.
• Assess applicants on communication, professionalism and job qualifications.
• Explain job opportunities, hiring expectations and interview processes clearly.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain detailed candidate records and interview notes in recruitment systems.
• Follow structured screening guidelines, scripts and hiring workflows.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support recruitment pipeline management and hiring coordination tasks.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to improve hiring efficiency.
• Perform additional recruitment and administrative support duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, evaluation and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable conducting high‑volume phone interviews remotely.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection, electricity, computer and mobile device.
• Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, customer support, HR, staffing or call‑center operations preferred.
• Professionalism and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS systems.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Use of recruitment software.
