We are looking for a Remote Interview Booking Specialist to manage candidate scheduling and interview coordination for our growing remote recruitment operations. The role involves daily communication with applicants, organizing interview logistics, and keeping hiring timelines on track in a fast‑paced virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Book interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate interview details and instructions to applicants.
• Confirm attendance, handle rescheduling, and manage changes.
• Conduct follow‑up calls and support hiring coordination activities.
• Maintain organized interview records in recruitment systems.
• Assist recruiters with candidate communication and scheduling workflows.
• Monitor interview pipeline progress and ensure timely coordination.
• Perform additional administrative hiring tasks and reporting as needed.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates throughout the day.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, electricity, and mobile device.
• Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, administration, recruiting, or HR support is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented with professionalism and follow‑through.
