About the role

We are seeking a Remote Candidate Screening Specialist to support high‑volume recruitment operations. The role involves conducting phone screenings, evaluating applicants, and coordinating qualified candidates for interviews, all from a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume candidate screening calls daily.
• Evaluate applicants on communication skills, qualifications, and professionalism.
• Explain job details, hiring expectations, and next steps to candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling for qualified applicants.
• Maintain detailed candidate records and recruitment notes in company systems.
• Follow recruitment procedures, scripts, and screening guidelines.
• Ensure timely follow‑up communication with applicants.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and hiring coordination activities.
• Support pipeline management and candidate tracking.
• Perform additional recruiting support tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, evaluation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable conducting frequent phone‑based candidate interactions.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
