Project Manager – eBook Publishing

About the role

Lumino Digital is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development and publication of eBooks. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality digital publications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee eBook projects from inception to publication.
• Coordinate authors, editors, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to meet project timelines.
• Track and manage project budgets, allocating resources efficiently.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
• Liaise between editorial and production teams to streamline the publishing workflow.
• Conduct risk management and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead status meetings, issue tracking, and resolution management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in digital publishing.
• Support marketing and distribution strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven project management experience, preferably in publishing or digital content.
• Familiarity with eBook formats such as EPUB, MOBI, and PDF.
• Experience using project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site and lead in‑person team meetings.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
