Product Designer (UI-focused) – Mid to Senior

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer with a strong UI focus to join our design team at a mid‑to‑senior level. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end visual designs, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high implementation quality while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑fidelity interfaces with refined visual design, typography, color, spacing, accessibility, and component variations.
• Structure wireframes and user flows based on requirements gathered with Product Managers.
• Conduct design QA before and after handoff, reviewing prototypes for consistency and validating production implementations.
• Work side‑by‑side with Product and Engineering in agile sprints, meeting clear deadlines.
• Maintain organized files, flows, and priorities while delivering in a fast‑paced environment.
• Operate autonomously with accountability, staying aligned with design leadership.
• Incorporate feedback, adapt to changing requirements, and continuously improve the design system and workflows.
• Contribute to the evolution and documentation of our Design System and advocate for design excellence across the company.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, including wireframes, prototypes, UI design, and design systems.
• Strong expertise in UI design with a focus on detail, consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
• Proven ability to structure wireframes and flows in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to deliver quickly in an agile environment.
