About the role
The Personal Shopper role at Holt Renfrew represents the highest level of sales and service in a luxury fashion environment. You will work directly with high‑value clients, providing bespoke styling, wardrobe solutions, and an exceptional shopping experience both in‑store and off‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Sell complete wardrobes and individual pieces, meeting a minimum sales target of $1.5 M per year.
- Develop new client relationships and introduce them to Holt Renfrew’s offerings.
- Demonstrate deep product and style expertise to satisfy customer needs.
- Maintain private shopping suites to visual standards.
- Deliver Holt Renfrew’s “Create the Extraordinary” service consistently.
- Build and retain a loyal client base through regular communication and personalized service.
- Update customer profiles in Holt Renfrew systems and attend all product‑knowledge trainings.
- Provide on‑site and off‑site selling, coordinate with Buying and Exclusive Services teams, and network within the community.
- Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.
Required profile
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Existing high‑value client base capable of generating at least $1.5 M in sales.
- Strong knowledge of wardrobe styling techniques.
- Exceptional relationship‑building skills with an empathetic, collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage the emotional aspects of sales and connect with clients.
