About the role

As a Personal Concierge you will craft unforgettable experiences for guests at Waldorf Astoria Platte Island, ensuring every need is anticipated from arrival through departure. This role is focused on delivering the brand’s signature luxury service to Russian‑speaking travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance and anticipate guest preferences.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, local activities, transportation and special requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local attractions, services and cultural events.
• Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, front office and other departments to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Uphold Waldorf Astoria service standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end guest services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in Russian; additional language skills are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
