About the role
Exness is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day activities of its new retail operational hub and manage outsourcing relationships across the Exness Group. The role will ensure smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives while representing the firm with local government stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the local office in line with group strategic goals.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with applicable laws and directives.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and operational efficiency.
- Research, monitor and analyse relevant legislation.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including liaison with government affairs and group companies.
- Enforce anti‑money‑laundering and compliance procedures.
- Prepare and file required reports to competent authorities on time.
- Ensure tax and outsourcing requirements are met through proper documentation.
- Draft and review management reports, meeting minutes and company decisions for the board and group entities.
Required profile
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in the CFD industry.
- Prior experience as an Operations Manager is highly advantageous.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in financial markets.
