Operational Change Manager

About the role

Rank Interactive is seeking an Operational Change Manager to lead business‑ready change across its operations. Working closely with the Head of Operational Change and Automation, you will guide change initiatives from concept to adoption, ensuring teams are prepared and new ways of working are embedded.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of assigned change initiatives, coordinating people, process and business readiness activities.
• Develop and maintain change and adoption plans using recognised frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Assess change impacts, risks and dependencies, flagging and managing issues promptly.
• Prepare and support affected teams through communications, training, coaching and transition activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, operational stakeholders, subject‑matter experts and automation teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Build strong relationships across operational and business functions, facilitating workshops, briefings and readiness reviews.
• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, providing clear guidance, challenge and support to maximise adoption.
• Ensure compliance with the organisation’s change governance framework and produce high‑quality documentation such as impact assessments, change plans and adoption measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering change initiatives in an operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and ability to apply them.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to assess impacts, risks and dependencies and to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
