About the role
This senior preparer position is responsible for delivering comprehensive corporate secretarial services across low, medium and high‑complexity private‑wealth portfolios. Working with minimal supervision, you will ensure high‑quality deliverables, regulatory compliance and accurate board documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage corporate secretarial matters for portfolios of varying complexity.
- Draft, review and file resolutions, agreements, statutory changes and UBO registrations.
- Organise and document annual general meetings, board meetings and related minutes.
- Handle dividend distributions, capital contributions, bank account openings and signatory changes.
- Conduct client file reviews, due‑diligence checks, bad‑press/world‑check memos and transaction monitoring.
- Support compliance activities including PEP identification, risk rating assessments and committee note preparation.
Required profile
- Strong technical expertise in corporate secretarial and compliance processes.
- Ability to execute complex transactions with high attention to detail.
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to quality assurance and adherence to regulatory standards.
