Motion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Motion Designer to join our EMEA hub and help produce engaging visual content for global brands. You will work on a variety of assets, from TV‑style animations to e‑commerce visuals, ensuring they meet brand standards and adapt across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create simple animations, motion adaptations, re‑formats, resizing and versioning from supplied master materials (TV, social and key visuals).
• Produce e‑commerce assets such as product‑focused visuals, PDP content, motion snippets and static/dynamic banners.
• Adapt video content for TV and social media campaigns.
• Find creative solutions that align with brand strategy and brief requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to understand design objectives and maintain consistent visual identity.
• Stay current with design trends, software updates and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio that demonstrates relevant work.
• Strong understanding of composition, animation principles and brand guidelines.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Adobe After Effects (including rotoscoping, keying, cleaning and matte‑painting).
• Adobe Photoshop.
• Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5.
• Microsoft Office.
