Massage Therapist – Resort Spa

About the role

Join the Spa team at Club Med Resorts and deliver premium wellness experiences to guests in stunning locations such as Mauritius. You will work in an elegant, high‑end environment, offering a range of signature treatments while representing top‑tier brands.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage the daily treatment schedule and ensure a seamless flow of services.
• Perform a variety of massages – Californian, Ayurvedic, hot stone, Balinese, and others – following the resort’s protocols and brand standards.
• Promote, advise on, and sell spa services and premium care products (Sothys, Cinq Mondes, Payot, etc.) to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with other resort departments (laundry, bar, restaurant) to maintain high service standards.
• Adhere to Club Med health, safety and asset‑maintenance regulations.

Required profile

• Valid massage certification.
• Attentive, personable approach with a focus on delivering a unique, relaxing experience.
• Proactive attitude, eager to meet sales targets and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, resort‑wide environment.

Required skills

• Californian massage technique.
• Ayurvedic massage technique.
• Hot stone massage technique.
• Balinese massage technique.
• Product knowledge of Sothys, Cinq Mondes and Payot.
• Basic spa service sales and product recommendation.
