Manager – Incentive Design & Commercial Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Manager to lead Incentive Design and Commercial Reporting for our global sales organisation. Based in Ebene, Mauritius, you will report to the Head of Revenue Operations and act as the central hub for commercial compensation and data‑driven performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, calculate and administer global commercial compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
• Own the commercial reporting cadence, moving from estimates to data‑backed predictability for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain a unified data ecosystem using BigQuery, Looker and advanced Google Sheets to create automated, single‑source‑of‑truth workflows.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and impact.
• Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations and commercial leaders to translate raw data into actionable insights that drive frontline behaviour and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytical or compensation teams in a fast‑moving, data‑centric environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic objectives and operational execution.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
