UPS의 Major Account Executive는 Small Package(특송) 영업을 통해 매출 성장과 고객 만족을 책임지는 핵심 역할입니다. 신규 비즈니스 발굴과 기존 주요 고객 관리·확대를 통해 할당된 매출 목표를 달성합니다.

주요 업무

담당 고객의 주요 연락 창구로서 정기 방문 및 이슈 해결
고객 물류·공급망 요구 분석 및 맞춤형 UPS SP·헬스케어 물류 솔루션 제안
잠재 고객 발굴, 콜드콜, 제안서·프레젠테이션·협상을 통한 신규 계약 체결
내부 운영·고객 서비스·글로벌 계정팀과 협업하여 서비스 품질 유지

지원 자격

영업·고객 관리 경험(특히 물류·특송 분야)
신규 비즈니스 개발 및 계약 협상 능력
우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 대인 관계 스킬

필수 역량

고객 요구 분석 및 솔루션 설계 능력
프레젠테이션 및 제안서 작성 능력
팀 협업 및 문제 해결 능력
