EY的M&A顾问团队为中小企业提供从战略制定到交易完成的全流程并购咨询服务，工作地点在名古屋和大阪。

主要职责

国内外并购项目执行支持
并购战略制定与落地支持
目标公司筛选与评估
并购流程管理及相关建议
收购/出售价格、股权交换比例的估算
交易结构设计与综合建议
各类条款谈判支持

任职要求

5年以上M&A顾问经验（非仅中介）
曾在专业机构、金融机构或证券公司工作
具备项目管理及业务开发业绩
强领导力和团队管理经验
日语流利，具备商务英语能力，海外经历优先
持有CPA等资格者优先

必备技能

估值（valuation）
财务建模
财务分析
日语
英语（商务水平）
