About the role
Devsinc is seeking a LinkedIn B2B Paid Ads Specialist to design and run paid campaigns that generate high‑quality leads for its IT services. The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to attract decision‑makers such as CTOs and CIOs across multiple geographies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and launch LinkedIn paid lead‑generation campaigns targeting B2B IT markets.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, etc.) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools.
- Send personalized connection requests, InMails and follow‑up messages to nurture prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing to distribute content such as blogs, whitepapers and case studies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse response and connection rates, and optimise outreach based on data.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and LinkedIn algorithm changes.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years proven experience running B2B LinkedIn paid ads for lead generation in the IT or related B2B sector.
- Demonstrated ability to generate warm leads from multiple geographies.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign metrics.
