Investment Data Analyst

About the role

Join the Capital Markets team, a dedicated department within the Consulting and Advisory Investment Management and Private Equity Real Estate practice. You will support investment managers in delivering transparent risk reporting and analytics for institutional investors, while gaining deep exposure to financial derivatives, regulatory frameworks, and cutting‑edge data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in producing risk transparency reports for institutional investors.
• Liaise with stakeholders to collect, review, and validate input data for each reporting cycle.
• Design innovative processes, computation libraries, or workflows to improve data management, reporting analytics, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop expertise in regulations affecting institutional investors, such as CRR II and Solvency II.
• Train clients on reporting tools and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the fund reporting platform using the latest technologies.
• Support regulatory analyses and client presentations to enhance the firm’s market eminence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3‑6 months of experience or internship in the financial sector.
• Good knowledge of main financial derivative instruments (futures, swaps, options).
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Rigorous, quality‑driven, result‑oriented with strong analytical and data‑mining skills.
• Curiosity and eagerness to understand the investment funds industry.
• Fluency in English and French.
