Internal Audit Manager

About the role

The Internal Audit Manager provides independent, objective assurance and advisory services to add value and improve operations across all QSR outlets, central kitchen, supply chain, and administrative departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual audit plan based on risk assessments, covering HQ and outlet processes.
• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits of outlets and head‑office departments.
• Evaluate internal controls, perform surprise spot checks on cash handling, inventory, procurement, payroll and POS activities.
• Assess and enhance internal control frameworks, identify revenue leakages, food‑cost issues, stock movements and vendor payments.
• Audit outlet compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, staff scheduling, customer service and kitchen processes.
• Perform yield analysis, verify sales completeness, and test controls on promotions, discounts, refunds and loyalty programs.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, present findings to senior management and track corrective actions.
• Investigate suspected fraud cases and support staff training on internal‑control practices.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in internal audit, preferably within a quick‑service restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Ability to provide independent, objective assurance and advisory services.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
