About the role
The HRIS – Employee Relations Officer will manage employee relations processes and maintain accurate HR data within the HR Information System. Working in a digital banking environment, the role ensures smooth onboarding and off‑boarding, data integrity, and compliance with policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end employee onboarding and off‑boarding, updating HR systems promptly.
- Collaborate with department managers to maintain and correct core HR data, including employee details, organizational structure, and role assignments.
- Conduct regular audits of HR system records to ensure data integrity, compliance, and consistency across departments.
- Support HRIS‑related projects such as system updates, testing, and user training to continuously improve HR operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or HRIS administration.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and HR data management.
- Good understanding of labour laws and employee‑relations practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.
