About the role
We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join goFLUENT’s Learning Consultant team. You will be the main point of contact for learners, helping them navigate our language training platform and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of goFLUENT products and services and explain them to new learners.
- Respond to learner inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels.
- Coordinate efficiently with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Proactively call students to encourage use of available resources.
- Identify and suggest improvements to internal procedures and response quality.
Required profile
- Native‑level German with excellent written and spoken skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- At least 1 year of successful experience in customer support.
- Empathetic, organized, adaptable and able to work autonomously.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with Google Docs.
- Proficiency with OpenOffice.
