Full-time English Teacher – Ternate – Takoma

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Full-time English Teacher to join our English Academy in Ternate. You will deliver engaging English lessons to students of various ages and levels, while also supporting the professional growth of fellow teachers.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English directly in classroom settings across multiple education levels.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and role‑model support to other Master Teachers.
• Collaborate with Student Advisors to consult with students and parents, recommending suitable learning pathways and ensuring ongoing engagement.
• Run Homework Clinics to help students overcome academic challenges.
• Participate in Trial Classes, share best practices with regional teams, and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Meet the required minimum number of teaching and trial sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop learning materials and assignments that align with the curriculum and enhance student learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Experience teaching very young learners is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to try new teaching methods.
• Willingness to teach at the selected Ruangguru English Academy branch.
