Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Finance Manager to lead our Pakistan finance team. The role ensures accurate local financial reporting, tax compliance, banking operations, and coordination with auditors and authorities, supporting the company’s overall financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑set NBFC accounting, inter‑company reconciliation, expense verification, fixed assets and balance‑sheet items.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closings, prepare statutory financial statements, and support consolidated reporting.
• Oversee all local tax compliance, develop tax strategies, handle audits, and monitor regulatory changes.
• Administer corporate bank accounts, daily payments, expense reimbursements, petty‑cash control, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with SECP, FBR and NBFC regulations, submit periodic returns, and cooperate with external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in NBFC or lending.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan tax laws, FBR filing procedures, and SECP regulations.
• Experience with banking operations and external auditor coordination.
• Fluent written and spoken English; CPA is a plus.
