Finance Manager / Financial Controller – Data Centre Infrastructure

About the role

The Finance Manager / Financial Controller will lead finance operations for a data‑centre infrastructure business, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and strategic financial support for growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full‑cycle finance activities including month‑end close, AP/AR, general ledger and fixed‑asset management.
• Prepare management accounts, statutory reports and financial statements in line with IFRS and local regulations.
• Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and regulators.
• Partner with operational and project teams to support budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance, operational costs and project spending against targets.
• Manage capital‑expenditure tracking, asset capitalization, depreciation and investment analysis for infrastructure projects.
• Handle treasury functions, cash‑flow planning, banking relationships and liquidity management.
• Drive finance process improvements, automation and ERP enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent certification.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a controller or senior accounting role.
• Experience in data‑centre, real‑estate, energy or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations and financial controls.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and NetSuite.
• Advanced financial reporting tools.
