About the role

Join Chanel Scandinavia as a Fashion Boutique Hostess Intern in Copenhagen. This part‑time role (20 hours per week) offers a hands‑on introduction to luxury retail, supporting the boutique’s daily operations and enhancing the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, answering questions and ensuring a seamless boutique visit.
• Maintain inventory levels, replenish supplies, and manage storage organization.
• Serve coffee, tea, and champagne to guests.
• Perform store cleaning, upkeep, and preparation of merchandise for display.
• Wrap and package goods for customers.
• Support boutique staff to maximize client‑facing time and handle ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, positive, and able to work independently.
• Strong ethical standards and a passion for exceptional customer service.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Curiosity to learn and grow within luxury retail.
• Interest in Chanel’s history, products, and cultural initiatives.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
