About the role
We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our high‑performing sales team in Mauritius. The role focuses on acquiring medium to large‑scale enterprise merchants, managing the full sales cycle and driving revenue growth for Peach Payments.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve ambitious targets in merchant acquisition and net revenue.
- Generate leads, manage pipelines and close deals with medium and large enterprises.
- Work directly with merchants to solve payment challenges and support their growth from lead generation to account management.
- Lead forecast management and ensure pipeline growth aligns with set targets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships up to the C‑level.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to shape product offerings that meet customer needs.
- Represent the brand at industry events to increase market awareness.
Required profile
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect new merchants, conduct cold calls, manage pipelines and close enterprise deals.
- Strong capability to build executive‑level relationships and influence industry thought leaders.
- Passion for scaling technology‑focused businesses.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
- Ability to work effectively across functions.
