Digital Marketing Specialist – Remote

About the role

Cordatus Resources Group is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to support its U.S.-based BPO operations. The role focuses on creating high‑quality content, launching data‑driven campaigns, and optimizing performance to boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop on‑brand copy for newsletters, blogs, landing pages, ad creatives and other marketing assets.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimize multi‑channel campaigns across email, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Administer CRM platforms (HubSpot, HighLevel, Salesforce or similar) – lead segmentation, workflow automation, list hygiene and nurture sequences.
• Execute SEO tasks including on‑page optimization, technical fixes, keyword research and meta‑tag enhancements.
• Track, analyze and report core KPIs (CTR, open rates, conversion rates, ROAS, CPL, organic traffic) using Google Analytics, platform dashboards and CRM reporting; conduct A/B testing.
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends and best practices; collaborate on budget allocation for paid channels.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing (preferred) with relevant certifications.
• 4–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Native or near‑native English fluency, both written and spoken.
