About the role
We are looking for a proactive Dealer Manager to lead and expand our dealer network in the assigned territory. The role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring brand compliance, and delivering excellent customer service through strong dealer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and onboard new dealers to grow the network.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product penetration.
- Train and support dealers on product knowledge, pricing, promotions and brand standards.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess operations, branding and compliance.
- Resolve dealer‑related issues promptly to maintain strong business relationships.
- Analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities and address concerns.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on dealer performance, market trends and competitor activities.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, pricing structures and ethical standards.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Good knowledge of distribution networks and dealer operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
